if you have both.

Can you guarantee ALL stains will come out?
No. It`s impossible to do that. There are too many factors involved such as: Discoloration from pet stains, food coloring, wood stains from water damage, etc.
What you should expect is a very significant improvement from the cleaning since most elements being removed are grease, oil, dirt and most beverage spills.
It`s very possible to remove almost, if not all stains, but difficult to promise. It all depends on how much of the elements the carpet fiber is going to release.
Part of the technicians` job is to set your expectations during the estimate so you know what to expect after the cleaning.

What is the drying time?
For carpeting, generally it is 8-12 hours. There are instances involved where it can take up to 24 hours ( winter time where the windows are closed, for example).
The biggest factors are air flow through the house, humidity, and carpet thickness.

How does your direct mailing coupon work?
The direct mailing is something we send our occasionally and it is a discount on a basic maintainance cleaning. It comes with a shampoo solution, a mild
deodorizer, and a standard grade prespotting solvent that is applied on all the traffic areas. Chemically, it designed for lightly soiled carpet, so if
there are areas that are excessively soiled and/or stained there is a deep scrubbing/carpet restoration process we will recommend for those areas at an
additional .30/sq ft. Depending on the situation, there might be other recommendations that are made to address the problem. It all depends on the condition
of the carpet and/or upholstery and what the customer is looking to do.

How much furniture to you move?
Our policy on furniture is we will move items such as sofas, tables and chairs. Because of our insurance policy, we do not move anything electronics or any
breakables. Any other questions, the technician can answer on site.
