Currently we have 3 full time cleaning technicians in the field (including the owner).We also have a repair/restreching specialist whose work is so good that it comes with a warranty for the life of the carpet. We recently added a new carpet installation service so we are able to offer any solution to your carpet, regardless of the need. |
In terms of experience the five of us have a combined 70 years in this business, so even though ACR was founded in December of 2003 you can be assured we have seen and solved every situation out there. Along with our experience we also use the highest quality chemicals and top level equipment that have been used through the years. This powerful combination has given us results that are undeniable.
Next to our customers, we consider our image the biggest asset we have.

Our in-home results and customer service are the foundation, but our credibility also enhances how our customers (or potential ones) view us. Our marketing program is very widespread. You can find our full page ad inside the front cover of Dollars and Sense monthly. We can also be heard every other week on talk radio station 100.3 KTLK (Fox News Radio) on our regular schedule as well as our presense on The Minnesota Real Estate Show (hosted by the lovely and talented Kelly Guest). We been with these companies for several years and plan on even more in the future. Recently we added Google advertising and are on the first page of several keywords. This gives people a chance to check out our newly revamped website and any information they might want to find out about us (like our "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau). We continue our very strong relationship with the Twin Cities Animal Humane Society, sponsoring a number of events that they have each year along with their regular programs. It`s a partnership we look forward to for many more years. Event marketing is something we do as well. Whether it`s the Twin Cities Pet Expo early in the year, various golf touraments, University of Minnesota Allumni Association and Gopher sports or The Twin Cities Food and Wine Experience (Hey, someone has to show people how we get wine stains out of carpet).
