Currently we have 3 fulltime cleaning technicians in the field (including the owner) along with a repair / restretching
specialist. As we continue to grow, we will add to our staff as we see fit and only by technicians that meet our
standards. Each of us has at least 11 years in the industry and we are certified by the Institute of Inspection
Cleaning and Restoration Certifcation (IICRC).

ACR was founded in December of 2003, so we bring a wealth of
knowledge, the proper equipment, and the best of cleaning chemicals that have been used by us over the years.

Next to our customers, we consider our image the biggest asset we have.
All successful companies have one. We work very hard to not only build our reputation, but to maintain it. Our in
home results and customer service are the foundation, but our credibility also enhances how our customers (or
potential ones) view us. That`s why we became members of the Better Business Bureau when they approached us in
April of 2005. It has created a standard that we are more than happy to live up to.

We also are a proud sponsor of the Minnesota Valley Humane Society. Our monthly donations to them have created a
relationship that have served both of us very well and we look forward to the partnership for many years to come.
We recently accepted Angie`s List offer to become members and we anticipate a great relationship with the leading
home service reference guide, as well.

Our marketing program revolves around our two main direct mail publications: Dollars and Sense and Wisebuys. They
arrive in your mailbox every two months and are delivered on a full metro scale. We also have a smaller version
in The Metro Super Saver that is a half metro area mailing every month. We also are active in event marketing
sponsoring a variety of occasions such as: Golf tournaments, auction/dinners as well the Twin Cities Food and
Wine event in February. Our radio schedule started in late August and can be currently heard on Clear Channel's 100.3 KTLK
with regularity starting on September 18 and our appearance on television will be in the near future.
